Abdullah Saleh signs “adverses” at the Mohammed bin Rashid Library

The Mohammed bin Rashid Library, in cooperation with the Al -Watan Fund, hosted the signing ceremony of the artist and director Abdullah Saleh Al -Rumaithi for his book “Tawaia”, which includes a group of theatrical works, including: Tawaia, registration, the last poem, Al -Sahari, and the will.
The book comes under the auspices and support of the Al -Watan Fund, within the project “Creative Production in the National Identity”, which the Fund launched under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors, with the aim of enriching the knowledge content of the national identity in the Arab Library, supporting Emirati creators, and highlighting their various artistic and cultural experiences.
The ceremony included a dialogue session presented by the artist Abdullah Saleh. The attendees interacted through it with a number of important interventions that focused on the importance of supporting creators and providing them with the incubating environment, in order to enhance the continuity of creativity and enrich the cultural scene in the Emirates and the Arab world, praising the role of the homeland fund in this field, because of its care and embrace of creators in various areas of cultural and artistic production.
Abdullah Saleh expressed his happiness with this celebration, which represents a real lung of knowledge and creativity, stressing that this is not surprising at the Mohammed bin Rashid Library. He praised the unlimited support provided by the Fund of the Nation, which enabled this project to turn into a printed book in the hands of everyone. He also stressed that the book includes a number of plays written in the Emirati dialect, which everyone can accommodate its meanings, in addition to being focused on enhancing the relationship of the Emirati man with his environment, heritage, identity and history, in addition to enhancing his affiliation with this dear country.
He added that when the encouraging, stimulating and supportive environment is available, the creator can offer a lot, praising the project “Creative Production in the National Identity”, which is a platform for many Emirati creators. He explained that the boldness and follow -up of the passion is one of the most important points of the success of the creators, as well as the development of his theatrical experience, from his beginnings as an actor, then his move to directing, to writing, expressing his admiration and pride in this diversity, which added depth and richness to his career. He pointed to the great influence of the cultural and literary environment in Dubai, which played a pivotal role in his theatrical career, and to provide opportunities to friction with Arab and international experiences, as the Dubai Theater is a kiss for creators in general.
