The school may maintain the value of registration fees for students registered in the previous academic year, in the event that they do not attend the school in the next year.

He declares her contract agreements with parents, regarding commitment, as schools have the right to receive the first batch, a month before the start of the school year. She pointed out that schools have the right to keep a portion of the fees paid for the registered student, in the event that the student attends part of the first week of the semester, then interrupted it without writing from the guardian. In this case, schools are entrusted with keeping the value of the registration fees in full, with a maximum of 5% of the annual fees, or in the event that the student attends at least one week, and up to 3 weeks in the semester, and in this case schools are authorized to keep the value of fees for a full month. Or if the student attends at least 3 weeks, and up to 6 weeks; Fake to keep the value of the fees for two months. In the event that the student attends more than 6 weeks, she is eliminated by keeping the value of the fees for the entire semester. Schools should return transportation fees to parents, if the student does not use buses. Schools are prohibited from requesting or accepting any financial guarantee from parents, an alternative to paying fees.
The department confirmed that it is prohibited for schools to request or accept the submitted deposit, submission fee or registration fees for the first time, whether they are refundable or not from parents before registration. Schools that offer fees for employees who register their children in the same school must include all details related to amounts, times, return mechanisms and others in their contracts.
