“Minziz Aviation” completes the acquisition of the American “G2”

“Miniz”, one of the Agilite Global company, for airport services and airlines around the world, has announced the completion of the acquisition of G2 Secure Staff, the favorite provider of aviation services for a number of major airlines in the United States.

This deal, which is worth $ 305 million, is a strategic step that enhances the global leadership of Miniz as the largest aviation services in the world, as it currently runs its operations in 350 airports within 65 countries, with the support of its team, which includes 65 thousand professional employees. The deal is expected to contribute to raising the group’s revenues by 20% to more than 3.1 billion US dollars, based on the results of the fiscal year 2024.

This acquisition is reinforced by the position of Minizel in the United States and makes it at the forefront of aviation service providers in terms of the number of airports that serve them, in the largest and most important aviation markets globally.

G2 merged with Minizz offers more operational flexibility, along with new capabilities ready for instant application. The G2 experiences in ground services, including passenger services and compartments cleaning, support and enhance the Minizs services package that includes ground handling, air charging, and fuel -providing aircraft.

John Redmond, Executive Vice President of the Minziz Aviation Group for the Americas, will continue to lead operations in the United States, the role he has played over 18 years. The G2 senior management team will join him within its leadership team.
