The hotel “Five” continues to expand and plan for a preliminary public offering

The Five Hotel Group in Dubai is witnessing an accelerated growth that made it one of the most prominent signs in the luxury hospitality sector, as it managed to convert traditional residence experiences into an integrated concept that combines luxury, entertainment, and social communication, in line with Dubai’s position as a global destination for tourism.

Indian businessman, Senior Machindani, founded the group in 2011, becoming in a short period of the most prominent names in the hotel and hospitality sector. The group’s activities expanded to include sites inside and outside Dubai, as it acquired in 2023 the well -known Spanish Pasha Group, in a move that reflects its ambition towards global expansion. Five also plans to open new destinations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, provided that the major projects are with a capacity of at least 400 to 500 rooms to maintain the level of their distinguished services.

In addition to the operational expansion, the group is studying a preliminary public offering of its shares, as the discussion is still open about choosing the most appropriate market between Dubai, London or New York. Malashndani stressed that the aim of the offering is not limited to collecting funding, but also to enhance transparency and increase the global presence of the brand.

Strong results

The group achieved strong financial results in the first half of 2025, as revenues increased by 21% and net profits before interest, taxes and consumption by 24%, driven by the strong performance of its hotels in Dubai and Ibiza. In 2023, the company issued a $ 350 million green bond to finance its expansion, and plans to re -financing it at lower costs during the coming period.

“Five” relies on innovative strategies in digital marketing and interaction with the young generation, while enhancing its presence in new fields such as supporting technical talents and live music, in addition to restaurants that have won a place in the global Michelin guide
